Empowering the Next Generation of Female Political Leaders in Jordan.
Through its partnership with the Jordanian Masarat for Development and Progress, Insights is proud to share highlights from our comprehensive training program aimed at empowering female university students within political parties, as part of the Political Leadership Track Project.
This initiative is implemented by the Jordanian Masarat for Development and Progress, with support from the King Abdullah II Fund for Development (KAFD). The program focused on building political identity and strengthening party-based empowerment among female students at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University in Ma’an Governorate.
Investing in young women’s political participation is a key step toward building a more vibrant and inclusive democratic future, while strengthening the presence of young women in positions of influence and decision-making.
